Book a Canine Club Assessment
Take the First Step Towards Joining Smith's Canine Club
Every dog wishing to join Smith's Canine Club must complete an Assessment Session before membership can be offered. This allows our team to get to know your dog, assess their suitability for our daycare environment and ensure we maintain a safe, positive experience for all members.
If you have more than one dog wanting to join the club
Please contact us on 01642 921 192 or info@smithscanineclub.co.uk to book in their assessment.
What Happens Next?
1. Complete your booking
You’ll receive an email confirming your assessment booking, along with a copy of our information form to complete and return before your appointment.
2. Bring your dog along for their assessment
Your assessment will last Approx 1 hour (60 mins). When you arrive, we’ll ask you to drop your dog off with our team and return to collect them once the assessment is complete.
During this time, our team will spend time getting to know your dog, observing their personality, confidence, behaviour and how they settle into the Club environment. Having some time without you present allows us to see how your dog is likely to behave during their normal Club sessions and gives us a much more accurate picture of whether Canine Club is the right environment for them.
You can then return to collect your dog once their assessment is finished, and we’ll talk you through the next steps.
Please remember to bring your dog's vaccination card or a recent titre test to their assessment. Read our article about vaccination requirements for daycare
